About

Pam Reece is a consultant and teacher specializing in stress management and wellbeing for women. For over 20 years she has helped women in demanding roles improve their health and careers by teaching the science, soul, and strategies of managing stress. She designs practical, body-first, nervous-system-based approaches that support emotional health, physical resilience, and leadership.

Her work spans one-on-one coaching, corporate workshops on burnout prevention and composure under pressure, and leading wellness program design for a longevity-focused branded residence. She brings the same holistic, systems-level approach to brands and platforms supporting women’s midlife health.

With a background in commercial casting and communication, Pam is known for translating how the body and nervous system shape stress and performance into clear, relatable tools—whether she’s working with individuals, advising leadership teams, or shaping health-focused initiatives from the ground up.

Pam trained and taught at Health, one of New York City’s first complementary medical centers, and has continued her education through Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, The Center for Mind-Body Medicine, and The HeartMath Institute.
